7-Day Return Policy

Returns are valid within 7 days of delivery for limited returnable items.

Key Requirements:

  • Products must be returned without any damage
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

The 7-day period starts from the date of delivery, not the order date.

Returnable Items

Generally Returnable:

  • Clothing and accessories (with tags intact)
  • Electronics (sealed and unused)
  • Home decor items
  • Books and stationery
  • Sports equipment

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Perishable goods: Food items, cosmetics, toiletries
  • Intimate products: Underwear, personal care items
  • Customized items: Personalized products, custom orders
  • Digital products: Software, digital downloads
  • Clearance items: Products marked as final sale
  • Used products: Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Products without original packaging: Missing tags or boxes

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return confirmation from our team

Step 2: Package the Item

  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Attach return authorization label (if provided)

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Drop off at designated location or arrange pickup
  • Keep tracking information for your records
  • Return shipping costs may apply

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:

  • Return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
  • Safe packaging of returned items
  • Proof of return shipment

Our Responsibility:

  • Return shipping costs for defective items
  • Replacement shipping for defective products

Refund Process

Inspection Period: 1-2 business days after receiving return

Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after approval

Refund Methods:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to same card/account used for purchase
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer or store credit
  • Store Credit: Immediate credit to your account

You will receive confirmation via email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same product in different sizes, colors, or variants, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Specify desired exchange variant
  • Pay any price difference if applicable
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • Choose between replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping costs for defective items

We may require the defective item to be returned for quality control purposes.

Return Rejection

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Item is damaged or shows signs of use
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Return period (7 days) has expired
  • Item is on the non-returnable list
  • Proof of purchase cannot be provided

Rejected items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Special Circumstances

Wrong Item Delivered: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and pick up the wrong item at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during delivery, we will either reship the order or provide a full refund.

Late Delivery: Returns due to late delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis.
